Reset Your Password
If you are a returning user and you have forgotten your Password, please enter:
- the same NRIC or Passport/Work Permit/Employment Pass/S Pass Number as the one that you had used to create your User Account; and
- the e-mail address that you had keyed in when creating your User Account with us.
An email will be sent to the e-mail address that you had keyed in when creating your User Account with us. You will then be prompted for your User ID and invited to create a new password.
If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours, please call us during office hours at 62212336.
