For enhanced security and to protect your personal data, a password is required to access the e-services on SCI’s website. Please create a strong password that is between 8 and 15 characters long, incorporating a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. For optimal security, avoid using easily guessable information, such as your NRIC number or date of birth in your password.

Additionally, we recommend changing your password regularly to further safeguard your account.

If your User Account has been inactive for a period of one year, your account will be deactivated automatically in order to protect your personal data. You will have to email to SCI at [email protected] to request for a reactivation of your User Account.
