Programme Highlights

The programme fee will include:

 3 months access to the module that the candidate had registered and paid for;

 Access to the softcopy course book;
  •  
 Course-end assessment questions; and
  •  
 A Smart Certificate of Attendance certifying the CPD hours obtained**.

**To be eligible for CPD hours, the Smart Certificate of Attendance will only be issued if you have answered at least 75% of the questions correctly for the course-end assessment on the online learning platform.

Both the Smart Certificate of Attendance will be processed and sent within 5 working days.


Refund
Online learning programmes are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund and cancellation once payment has been made.

Access Course Period
Please note that it is the candidate’s responsibility to monitor his or her own course period for the online learning and course-end assessment completion of the Programme accordingly. The SCI WILL NOT send any notification to remind the candidate in this respect.

 

Course Objectives

By the end of the programme, candidates will be able to gain a basic understanding of insurance fundamentals, the structure of the Singapore insurance market and insurance documents. In addition, candidates will be able to gain an understanding of the scope of coverage and exclusions of Foreign Worker Insurance, as well as the relevant underwriting and claim conditions and procedures relating to the product.
