This programme is suitable for experienced financial adviser representatives with 1 or more years of relevant experience.
Programme Highlights
Designed by the industry (LIMRA and Hoopis Performance Network) - for the industry, the Trustworthy Selling programme equips the financial adviser representatives with the skills set and tools necessary to establish trust with their clients through the fact-finding and engagement process. The programme is based on consumer research, anchored on the principles of behavioral economics, and applying it to participant's selling style, while making them aware of the consumer thought process. The participants will be trained on effective listening skills, thinking and engaging their clients from the client's perspective, make aware of their own unique selling style, and how to facilitate their client's decision-making process.

To build awareness and aid in the understanding of the concepts taught, this will be a 4-day programme taught over a month with break in between each lesson that provides an opportunity for the participants to apply the concepts to their real-life experience.
